Dark AleX releases 3.71 fatmsmod for 3.80/3.90 M33 custom firmware - Image 1Yahtzee! Hot on the tail of DAX' custom firmware 3.90 M33 -2 release is also this little fixer upper for those PSP front liners on firmwares 3.80 and above. Because if you didn't notice already, there's a slight drag when reading to and fro from your PlayStation Portable's trusty memory stick. And this patch should allow users to load the 3.71 M33 version of fatmsmod to speed things up dramatically. But first, read the full story before downloading, because there's a slight tradeoff for the speed increase. You have our thanks, akadewboy and Torch!

PNG for PTF v1 PSP Homebrew - Image 1Homebrew developer akadewboy has just released  PNG for PTF v1.0.  This application allows users to convert 24-bit PNG files into 256 color 8-bit PNGs. This should prove to be useful for those who use Sony's Custom Theme Converter for the PSP since the application has strict rules on what PNG files can be used to create PTF themes.
