Sony has announced that it is expanding its Official License Program (OLP) to peripheral manufacturers in Japan, Asia, North America and Europe/ PAL territories. Details after the jump.

Remember the Sony Ericsson Aino? The phone that could sync up with the PS3 and let users manage their PS3-stored media? Yeah, another Sony Ericsson phone just did it one better by being able to play PlayStation games.

Like the endless horde that countless movies portray them as, zombies have seen a resurgence in gaming, the most recent one being XomB (pronounced "zombie") from 3G Studios. Set in a re-imagined version of feudal Asia and drawing heavily from Asian mythology, XomB has the player fighting against a sweeping darkness that's forcibly corrupting the landscape and reanimating the dead.

So how are you guys enjoying No Gravity: The Plague of Mind on the PSN thus far? Don't worry, European and Asian gamers. No need to be envious now. Seb of Anozor has contacted us to let us know that the game is about to land in those regions as well - on March 5th, in fact.

Here's another reason to move to Japan. Remember the "Carnival Colors" PSPs that were released for Asia? Japan, Sony's home turf, will be getting two more colors: "Bright Yellow," and "Spirited Green." Not only that, they'll also be getting new pouches and battery packs to match the Carnival Theme. I want me some cotton candy to go with that.

Rumor confirmed! Strikers 1945 Plus is indeed going from the arcades to the PlayStation Portable. No info yet on features and other gameplay modes, but we've got four screens for you in the full article, check them out.

Sony's putting up a show under the big tent for Asia. Via press release, SCE Asia has announced that there will be two new colors available for the PSP-3000.

According to the press statement, it's going to be under what's called the "Carnival Colors" series. Check 'em out in the full article, it's Vibrant Blue and Radiant Red.
