Homebrew developer bumuckl recently rolled out a new version of Bermuda Creative Suite 9 for the PlayStation Portable. Entitled the "Compatibility Fix" version, it extends the app's functionality with the other custom firmwares, including 1.0 and 1.5 through the kxploit patch. Homebrew developer bumuckl dropped by the QJ.NET forums to inform us that the latest version of Eb0x v1.0 is now available for download at its official website. While there have been previously released programs with similar functions, Eb0x directly extracts any thumbnails and preview images from the EBOOT.PBP file right into your handheld. Dr. NEO's NeoFlash Spring Coding Competition 2008 has finally come to a close with the announcement of the winning homebrew applications and games for the Sony PSP and the Nintendo DS. A development tool born for mobile use, that's what. Sony PSP homebrew developer bumuckl had that in mind when releasing Dow! v0.1. But it was an initial implementation, and there was still room for improvement. Dow v0.2, an entry to the Neoflash Spring Coding Competition 2008, has been improved with more features.
