Take a useful scripting language and user-friendly integrated development environment, blend them together into a unique idea, and what do you get? A development tool born for mobile use, that's what. Sony PSP homebrew developer bumuckl had that in mind when releasing Dow! v0.1. But it was an initial implementation, and there was still room for improvement. Dow v0.2, an entry to the Neoflash Spring Coding Competition 2008, has been improved with more features.
