Homebrew developer raing3 has released a new version of the PSPAR to CWCheat Converter, an app which aims to transfer PSP Action Replay cheats that aren't on the CWCheat database yet. Several fixes were implemented in this update. Changelog after the link.

eloivanelst introduces his PSP homebrew application, PSPiton v0.3. If you've never heard of it before, it's a simple application that will let you downgrade or upgrade your PSP to your preferred firmware for your games. New changelog after the jump.

A couple of days ago, reports of some PSP games messing with files in the ms0:/seplugins and ms0:/iso folders came to light. In response, homebrew developer Torch released CFW Folder Blocker, a plugin that hides these folders in GAME mode so they couldn't be accessed. That release also affected homebrew apps. This release fixes that problem.

Flarejune's FreeCheat plugin has been updated to version 1.0.10.17, making it compatible with custom firmware 5.00 M33. New additions include a USB function and a document viewer. This cheat plugin can be accessed while you're running a homebrew app, a game, or while you're on the PSP XMB. Check out more of FreeCheat's features at the full article.

Here we have a video sneak peek at Datel's latest addition to their Action Replay series of cheat devices: Action Replay PSP, which is scheduled to become available on Monday, October 6, for US$ 39.99. The price is a bit steep, but one thing I can say about it is it sure does have a snazzy GUI. Check out the video at the full article.

It's been a couple of months since we've heard from Weltall, so now's about ripe time for another update for CWCheat. Released just today is version 0.2.2 REV.D. For this release, Weltall's optimized his cheating tool to reduce the binaries it uses. Some fixes were also done in the firmware version check process that the PSP goes through.
