Do you use cheat devices for your games? Don't be shy. I'm not one to judge. Just want to say that if you do, then this was a good week to have a homebrew-capable PSP. We got updates for two different cheat-related apps in the past seven days. The DaedalusX64 dev team has released another round of update for Nintendo 64 emulator for the PSP. The latest alpha revision of DaedalusX64 has implemented various improvements and fixed some minor bugs cased by the previous release.

Despite Sony's efforts to keep homebrew out of their PSP handheld, the homebrew community is still going strong. This week saw news of Sony-instigated blockages, which will hopefully be circumvented by the newly-announced (and not yet released) new CFW update from the GEN team. Gotta level with you guys. This week's PSP Homebrew Weekend Warrior is a bit on the lean side, what with all of the news coming out of TGS. Still, our dedicated homebrew masters managed to come up with a few big ones in the past seven days. There's a little bit of something here for everyone, especially those who love emulators, so let's get right on to it.

Notable features of the latest alpha build of  DaedalusX64 includes --  removed CFW 3.71 support, reduced Slim RAM cache for texels, reduced intrafont memory usage and some more code cleanups. Great news guys! Homebrew coder Kreationz and the rest of the DaedalusX64 team have released another update for the Nintendo 64 emulator for the PSP. The latest revision of  DaedalusX64 has added a low battery warning, the DoubleDisplay feature is now included in 13 more games, and the savetype has been fixed for Fighter's Destiny 2, among others.
