Piano Station Portable - Image 1PSP homebrew developer eculewatt, also known for the application Modded PSP Flash Player, dropped by our forums earlier to announce the release of Piano Station Portable version 2.0 which carries some interesting new features. The most notable of the new features include XMB sound and a revamped interface, but eculewatt did express regret in not being able to cater to some demands for this app.

The Piano Station Portable is a piano player for the Sony PSP which is designed to deliver the instrument's tunes using the handheld's button set. Here's a list of Piano Station Portable's new features:
  • XMB sound added
  • New interface
  • red/pink text color
  • when a key is pressed, the screen quickly flashes what key on the piano you're pressing in blue.
  • 3 Drum sounds added on Down, Left, and Right
The dev is also asking for some tips regarding the addition of features and functions to improve the Piano Station Portable. You can help eculewatt out by visiting the release thread. Enjoy!

Piano Station Portable v1.0 - Image 1PSP homebrew developer eculewatt (creator of the Modded PSP Flash Player) dropped by the QJ.Net Forums earlier to announce the release of Piano Station Portable 1.0.

This application is a piano player, and is mapped to the PSP's button controls. User can play seven basic keys: A,B,C,D,E,F, and G.

eculewatt also noted that an updated version of Piano Station Portable is being readied, and will hopefully carry better features. Guys interested in picking up more information, or demonstrating any songs they've played on this app, can opt to drop by eculewatt's release thread over at QJ's PSP Development Forums.

Sony PlayStation Portable - Image 1PSP homebrew developer eculewatt dropped by the forums earlier to announce the release of a Modded PSP Flash Player. This project by the author is reportedly capable of playing up to Flash Player 7 files. eculewatt further states that using the app is simply a matter loading the .swf file to any part of your PSP's memory stick and browsing in the flash player.

That's the basic rundown for this homebrew app's, though given its absence of a readme, we advice users to drop by eculewatt's release thread over at QJ's PSP Development Forums for further instructions.
