A self-confessed Metal Gear fanatic, Grunty Thirst came up with this theme pack to profess his rabid addiction to the MGS lore. One thing though, he warns interested users that "this download contains the theme pack ONLY. The user must already be accustomed with ThemePSP and where to put the files." Sodr's ThemePSP 1.1 homebrew is already included in the link below, but if you want more information about it, just click here. Remember, before installing this in your PSP, make sure you know exactly what you're doing. We'll repeat the same warning we provided in the ThemePSP v1.1 release: Please be aware of the fact that misuse of the flash could brick your PSP. Like what Solid Snake said in the E3 demo of upcoming PS3 title Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, "War has changed...". Maybe it's time we polish our PSPs to match those changes, or maybe you should try it just for the "cool" factor of having Raiden, Otacon, Meryl Silverburgh, Liquid Ocelot, and of course Solid Snake flashing in your PSPs. Blood+ The Final Fragment

If there is one thing that frustrates an anime fan, it's when an anime fails to
answer all the mysteries that has captivated its audience. We have seen
the likes of people who have devoted their lives in unfolding the
mysteries of Evangelion, and up to this date Hideaki Anno doesn't have
all the answers and has given up, like others, in solving them. Such is
the problem of another cult hit among anime fans, Blood, the last
Vampire.
At the turn of the century, Japanese Animators released a classic of a film, showing the tragedy of Saya, the last living vampire, and her obligation to rid the world of fake vampires. The movie was a masterpiece which kept people wanting to know more about this mysterious vampire, hence a mammoth of a TV-series was formed in order to explain Saya and her, only to find a marketing marvel such as the Playstation Portable to finally weave the last ends together. This is where Blood+ The Final Fragment enters, the last key in order for you to finally take a peaceful sleep knowing you know one of the world's mystery.
The gameplay of Blood+ The Final Fragment works like an RPG wherein your choices may or may lead you to solving the mystery. The game proposes three endings and your choices affect how your ending will be. They also note that there is a universal ending, however the details in each ending would greatly vary. In Final Fragment, you will explore the mysteries of your father as you traverse through your next missions and your encounters. The gameplay promises to have the same graphics as the anime. The website has not discussed further on how else will the gameplay will go other than the RPG options which is more like a date simulator. The game also promises to have FMVs taken from the anime. |

The developers of World Tour Golf, Oxygen Interactive has announced the first two international golfers that are to be included in its multi-platform Golf game for the PSP, PS2 Xbox and PC. I'm not an avid Golf fan but I have heard of world-renowned players Sergio Garcia and Justin Rose. Players will be able to take on the likes of these two and many more international golfers in the next big golfing game to hit the UMD format. To celebrate the announcement of Sergio and Justin's appearance in the game, Oxygen Interactive has released a set of new screenshots that show them at their best. Remember to use the new gallery feature to make viewing these images easier! As far as golfing graphics for the PSP go, this game looks like a corker. And as long as the gameplay lives up to the standard of the graphics, it's sure to score a hole in one!
