If you think there aren't enough Sonic the Hedgehog homebrew games out there on the PlayStation Portable, then developer Phoebius is here to deliver. After previously working on it with Brunni (of OSlib and MasterBoy fame) as a GameBoy Advance homebrew project, Phoebius has since then taken over and has released the initial build of the game.
