Here are some new screenshots for upcoming title Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law
straight from the High Voltage Software studios. The video game is
expected to hit retail stores this coming November 13 and will be
available on platforms Nintendo Wii and Sony PSP.
Aside from showing off some in-game scenes, this batch of screenshots also reveal the interface for some of the title's features. Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law treats players to a total of five new court cases with full animated gameplay and voice-over dialogue. The game's Wii version has been made compatible with the console's motion-sensing capabilities so controls will rely heavily on the Wiimote. PlayStation Portable owners, on the other hand, get to have the exciting experience Nintendo DS owners have been enjoying in Phoenix Wright. To be published by Capcom, Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law is based on the popular Adult Swim TV show. While waiting for more updates, just enjoy the screenshots below! Shown above is a blurry Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law Comic-Con flyer. If this image is legit, then it does nothing but proves the release date for both the PlayStation 2 and PlayStation Portable version. Look closely and you'll be able to see "November 13" just below the title. Those who have been following this game know that it is expected to be out by Q4 this year, and the discovered flyer seems to fit the bill. If you haven't heard of this game but watch the Adult Swim cartoon, you're still in the loop and probably know what to expect. The gameplay is similar to Phoenix Wright but with a Harvey Birdman twist. The game also features five different cases and will even have a few cameos from other Capcom characters. So what do you guys think, does the picture give a definite release date for the game? Well, I personally really want this game to come out soon, if only to see what developers High Voltage Software has done with it. We heard some of the TV show writers were brought it to retain the humor and wit of the game. |

To those who have been wanting to know the latest aboutHarvey Birdman: Attorney At Law, you're in luck because Capcom just released a handful of assets as well as new information just in time for the on-going E3 event. Harvey Birdman is quite similar to DS' Phoenix Wright, albeit with more attitude and hilarious antics.
Speaking of which, the cases involved in the title must be solved by Harvey Birdman through investigating the scene of the crime, gathering evidence, talking with other cartoon characters, and even having occasional drinks with the opposing council. We listed below some other features of Harvey Birdman: Attorney At Law:

Capcom recently announced plans to trounce its own bird-themed lawyer with yet another bird-themed lawyer. Instead of Phoenix Wright, however, we now have Harvey Birdman coming onto PSPs everywhere.Capcom announced Thursday that development was already underway for a Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law game. Based on the Adult Swim animated series, Harvey Birdman is meant to be a story based look at the lawyer's life, complete with his hijinks and interactions with other famous Hanna Barbera characters. High Voltage Software is currently doing production work on it, and though we haven't heard much from them about what the game has to offer, you can definitely expect it to be funny. Any fans of Birdman in the house? What do you want to see from a Harvey Birdman game, eh? Personally, we'd like to see some Brak Show cameos, along with an eventual showdown with Blue Falcon and his assistant Dynomutt. |

2K Games has announced that the hilariously dysfunctional family is now out to wreak havoc not only in your own homes, but anywhere and everywhere you go, as the PSP action game Family Guy has shipped to retailers and is now up for grabs. All the characters you love, or hate, or hate and love, will be featured in the game, along with the entire cast and creative team of the hit TV show, which has been hailed as the closest competition of one of the longest-running cartoon shows, "The Simpsons". The Family Guy for the PSP lets you take on the role of beer-guzzling Peter Griffin as he tries to stop Mr. Belvedere's sinister plans or Stewie, the diabolical youngster who tries to fight off his half-brother Bertram as the two battle it out to be The One who takes over the world. You'll also get to play as Brian Griffin, the family dog, and devise ways to escape prison and prove to everyone your innocence in a puppy paternity case. Developed by High Voltage Software, the game combines arcade-like action, platforming, combat, and puzzle-solving as you play and progress through three interweaving stories in the typical hilariously chaotic Family Guy fashion. Family Guy is now out on the market so make sure you check with your local retailers for price and availability. |

High Voltage Software and Vivendi Games have released 50 Cent: Bulletproof G Unit Edition in Europe on October 27, 2006. The game was released in the US on September 12, and the Australian release followed soon after on September 30. The recommended selling price is US$ 39.99.In the game, you follow 50 Cent through his adventures in a New York drug underworld story where he has to hunt down the hitmen who tried to get him. The game got an M (Mature 17+) rating from the ESRB, adding to controversy about claims that the game has educational values: 50 Cent said the game teaches kids about the violence of gang life in order to avoid it. This game is a "reworking" of 50 Cent: Bulletproof for the Xbox and PS2. What's the main difference? The PSP version has a top-down perspective. For fans of the music, 50 Cent: Bulletproof G Unit Edition features music videos and new original music from 50 Cent and Sha Money XL. |
