We've seen a lot of announcements and teasers being released via Twitter this year. Here's another one from LucasArts. Recent entries in the LucasArts Twitter account are teasing "awesome news" for their old school fans early on Monday.

Speaking to Destructoid about Secret of Monkey Island: Special Edition, producer Craig Derrick from LucasArts explained the motivation behind updating the game. He goes on about the main reasons for the decision, but citing digital distribution as an important factor in making the Special Edition possible, the producer adds that digital distribution itself increases interest in retro gaming.

You got the confirmation and details yesterday from LucasArts on Star Wars Battlefront: Elite Squadron. Now it's time to add some more items to the fast-growing screenshots collection that we have here. Unlike yesterday, these are all tagged only for the PSP handheld, so look closely and enjoy.

Yes, LucasArts has revealed that Han Solo - or, at least, a costume/skin for Indy - will be crossing over to Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings as a playable character.
