Iron Man 2 - Image 1 Sega has released some new information about Iron Man 2, the new Iron Man game being developed as a tie-in for the next Iron Man movie. It's a tie-in, but it won't follow the movie too closely. Instead, writer Matt Fraction will be taking a middle ground approach by drawing from both the movie and comic book universes, both of which he has been involved with. More after the jump.

marvel - Image 1Capcom has finally dated the much awaited XBLA and PSN outing of Marvel vs. Capcom 2. Earlier reports speculated that the release date of the game will be on June 29 as projected in Marvel Entertainment's Q1 2009 financial report but Capcom has clarified the rumor and pinned down the release date in late July.

Iron Man 2 - Image 1I haven't heard much about the movie sequel for Iron Man lately, and already they're talking about the movie tie-in game. Sega has announced via press release that they're now working closely with Marvel Entertainment to deliver Iron Man II. Considering that the movie sequel will follow Tony Stark's dark spiral into alcoholism, maybe we can expect some GTA4 level of how the amount of alcohol imbibed messes up Stark's skill in flying his suit. DUI? Why not FUI? That's flying under the influence, kid.

Marvel - Image 1Marvel has announced that their revenue has dropped in the first quarter. However, they are optimistic that their year-end revenue will perform better.
