Aside from the regular memory sticks, and the high-end ones, Sony also has this 2GB Memory Stick Entertainment Pack for the PlayStation Portable (PSP).

Basically, the memory stick itself belongs to the Pro Duo family but with an added feature that allows consumers to obtain free movies. When you purchase the Entertainment Pack, you will also get a free DVD with four PSP-formatted full length movies. Take note that you can not have all these movies in one purchase.

You have to select among the four which one you like the most and unlock it to your memory stick for PSP playback. For this package, Sony decided to include movies Spider-Man2, Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby, Hellboy, and S.W.A.T.

The 2GB Memory Stick Entertainment Pack can be purchased for US$ 60. We looked around the Internet for the availability of this product but we haven't found any site yet. We believe that this will be shown online first over at retail store Sony Style, just like the first Entertainment Pack.

Sony has announced its new Memory Stick Entertainment Packs. (We told you about the previous batch here.) These contain either 1GB or 2GB Memory sticks bundled with an installer DVD. This is (obviously) a collaboration between Sony Pictures Home Entertainment and Sony Electronics.

Aside from being able to use the Memory Sticks in devices such as Sony's digital cameras, camcorders and some Sony Ericsson phones, you can also use these to watch movies in your PSP.

The Packs come with installer DVDs for PCs which contain four Sony movies, one of which you can access with the complimentary unlock code, and then transfer to your PSP's Memory Stick media.

The movies included in the Memory Stick Entertainment Pack are "S.W.A.T.," XXX: State of the Union," "The Grudge" and "Hitch."

The 2GB and 1GB Memory Stick Entertainment Packs will become available next month and will cost $100 and $60 respectively.
