When you can't beat 'em, change 'em. Some hackers from the Philippines did something ludicrous with their PSP-3000, switching its CPU with the PSP Slim's. thex is back with a new release for his Cxmb swap PSP homebrew application. While he does bring a lot of improvements to the table, I'd have to say I was most excited about the added readme. Yeah, so I like Readmes like that. You should, too.

Homebrew developer DJB recently released a new version of the PlayStation Portable Pandora installer - PSP Pandora Deluxe v1.4. The new build fixed a couple of registry files for some of the downgrading utilities, and shuffled some of the supported homebrew tools available for the application.

Developer Dark AleX has released version 2 of the PspStates Experiment homebrew plugin for PSP Slims. This new build carries several important bug fixes as well as UMD support. The complete changelog is available for viewing over in the full article.

We've heard rumblings about a savestate function in CFW 4.00 M33 before, but sadly it didn't quite make the cut. Dark AleX is still on the case, though, and he has just released an experimental prx called PspStates that adds a savestate feature to the PSP Slim.
