You're seen the trailers, you've seen them go at it, now here's your chance to play Blood Bowl (Xbox 360, PSP, DS). Cyanide and Focus Home Interactive opened the registration for you guys to play the beast-bashing football title, and you just might be one of the privileged few to play it first once the beta comes out. Now here's something cool. If you love roughneck monsters and football, then you'll love Blood Bowl. Actually, you don't have to like either of the two to appreciate this game. There are two video inside that'll show you how cool these monster-jocks are.

Id Software, the guys responsible for Doom and Quake, recently branched out to create Id Mobile, who in turn will be developing games for mobile phones, the DS and the PSP. The holidays are looking good this year as Electronic Arts releases their line-up with some of the most anticipated games this season. They have everything for everybody from World War games to sports games, from fantasy games to shooters, with music games chucked in as the cherry on top of the icing.

First off is the FPS Crysis which will be out on November 16. Crytek will also be releasing a special edition of the game with a 16-page book full of concept art and other bonuses. Hellgate: London, where demons decimate the home of Big Ben, will be out on October 31.

The sequels to the ever popular Medal of Honor franchise will also be released next month. The PS3 version of Medal of Honor Airborne (also for Xbox 360 and PC, already out) will be released on November, and Medal of Honor Heroes 2 (Wii, PSP) will be out on November 13.

Two music games will also be hitting the market this holiday season to get your booties shakin'. Boogie (PS2, DS, Wii) will be out on November 15. Rock Band, whose special editions will be include a guitar, drums and a microphone, will be out on November 20 for the 360 and PS3, and on December 11 for the PS2.

The DosBox project lives, much like a phoenix rising from its very own ashes. A couple of weeks ago, the homebrew community in a collaborative effort came up with a pre-made EBOOT using the new components provided by the original developer Crazy C.

This time, the developer himself released a new build for the much-loved application. Those who are not quite familiar with this program, take note that DosBox is an emulator that allows PlayStation Portable owners to run Dos games on their unit.

The new build provides the following improvements:

• Fixed vga splitscreen problem
• Keyboard mode can be toggled with ltrig+rtrig+down+select

Prior to this, the last version of DosBox was already compatible with a lot of classic titles such as Warcraft: Orcs and Humans, Theme Park, and Prince of Persia 2 among others.
