Big changes are up for raing3's multi-purpose IPL/memstick management application for the PSP. For those who haven't kept track of PSP Tool, it allows you to back up and restore yoru PSP's IdStorage, and inject or erase some IPLs, among other loads of stuff. It's pretty useful, and the GUI menu is pretty self-explanatory.
